HBCU Students! Apply to be an HBCU Fellow.

We are pleased to announce that applications are now open for the Rdevia HBCU Fellowship for Special Initiatives for Spring Semester 2026.


About the Fellowship

This paid, virtual fellowship is designed for motivated HBCU students who want to gain hands-on experience while making a meaningful impact. Fellows will work directly with Rdevia's leadership team on mission-critical projects that support scholarships, programs, and organizational growth within the HBCU community.


Fellowship Details:

  • Duration: February 2026 - April 2026

  • Time Commitment: 5 hours per week

  • Compensation: $15 per hour (paid in two installments)

  • Location: Fully virtual


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and schedule weekly social media content aligned with Rdevia's mission

  • Generate qualified leads for individual donors and corporate sponsors

  • Participate in weekly meetings with leadership for mentorship and professional development

  • Deliver strategic outputs that support organizational objectives


Who Should Apply:

We are seeking current HBCU students, preferably in years 1-3, attending institutions in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, or South Carolina. All majors are welcome, with preference given to students in Public Administration, Business, Political Science, Marketing, or related fields. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, creativity, and excellent organizational abilities.
