Rdevia announces the following HBCU Scholarships:
Dr. E. Renee Posey Award of Excellence ($1,000 Total)
For a high school senior with a demonstrable commitment to excellence interested in attending an HBCU next academic year.
Benefactor: E. Renee Posey, Ed.D., HBCU Graduate of Florida A&M University
Epic HBCU Journey Distance Learning Scholarship ($1,000 Total)
For a student pursuing an online degree from Claflin University or Florida A&M University.
Benefactor: Deon Rhode, M.P.H., HBCU Graduate of Claflin University and Florida A&M University
Parallel Inception Grant for Leadership ($1,000 Total)
For a high school senior with a demonstrable commitment to service interested in attending an HBCU next academic year.
Benefactor: Jeffrey E. Pierce II, M.S., HBCU Graduate of Paine College
Students can apply for scholarships by visiting: bit.ly/m/rdevia. Applications will close on April 10, 2026. Finalists will be notified on May 5. Winners will be notified on June 1. Winners will be announced on August 1 at the Rdevia HBCU Scholarship Brunch and Advocacy Awards: Dew in the Morning (details forthcoming).
