Jeffrey E. Pierce, II, M.S.
Jeffrey E. Pierce II, M.S., is an accomplished higher education professional with extensive experience working at several Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). A proud graduate of Paine College, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Jeffrey furthered his education by obtaining a Master of Science in Higher Education Enrollment Management and Institutional Marketing from Walden University.
Jeffrey has dedicated much of his career to enhancing the educational experiences of students at HBCUs, holding key leadership roles at institutions such as Paine College, Albany State University, Huston-Tillotson University, Edward Waters University, and Tuskegee University. His career highlights include leading initiatives that have significantly improved enrollment, retention, and graduation rates, as well as optimizing CRM systems and fostering strategic partnerships.
Currently, Jeffrey serves as the Director of KIPP Forward at KIPP Jacksonville Schools, where he oversees programs designed to help students pursue the best post-secondary paths to achieve their career goals. His expertise and leadership continue to make a profound impact on the institutions he serves and the students they educate.
