TOGETHER, WE CAN RAISE THE NEXT GENERATION OF COMMUNITY LEADERS, WORLD CHANGEMAKERS, AND HBCU CHAMPIONS
The HBCU Student Ambassadors and Institute for Leadership (HBCU SAIL) initiative is a high-impact practice rooted in experiential learning theory and principles. As a result of engagement, students will develop NACE Career Competencies that will position them to be successful candidates in the future of work. These students will also receive mentorship and preparation to be an active alumnus/a of their institution equipped with the knowledge and know how to raise awareness of and support for HBCUs.
