Our story of resilience.
Somewhere between Tallahassee and Miami, Florida—on a Greyhound bus ride home from Spring Break—an idea was born: to connect people committed to preserving the legacy and future of HBCUs.

That idea took root as a student club at Florida Memorial University and grew into Rdevia, Inc., a public charitable 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supporting HBCU students across the country.

Today, our work is powered by the Rdevia Collective of Members, Leaders, and Friends who give their time, talent, and treasure to ensure HBCUs continue doing what they have always done: developing leaders who shape the world.
